What is Global PEO?

A Global PEO (Professional Employment Organisation) is an outsourced third-party provider specialising in the employment and management of international staff on behalf of organisations expanding internationally to foreign countries. International employment services are provided to organisations which do not have a local entity to employ staff directly, or are not seeking to employ staff locally. International staff are employed by the PEO, which becomes the employer of record and is responsible for the management of all in-country employment, payroll, insurance and tax obligations. This model outsources all the risks and costs associated with management of employment contracts, and eliminates your need for foreign entities/subsidiaries. Global PEO is also known as Employee Leasing or GEO (Global Employment Organisation).

Our PEO Service in more detail

1. Client Assessment

Our team works with you to form a client assessment tailored to your requirements, and provide information relevant to country specific items for your consideration. All relevant costs are then itemised in our proposal and service agreement, so you can make an informed decision befitting your feasibility analysis. Our flexible contract arrangements keep your business as fluid as you need it to be, with no lock-in or fixed term contracts.

3. Employee On-boarding

By utilising our employee on-boarding process in collaboration with any specific organisational requirements you bring to our attention, our team will begin on-boarding staff in an agreed manner so you can reap the rewards of having their skills and experience on the ground very quickly.

5. Client Payrolls

Part of our initial client assessment is to determine when  employees are to be paid. We then schedule these accordingly in our payroll software and a designated payroll officer is assigned to ensure staff are paid on time and in accordance with local regulations, as well as provide you with the client support required. We also plan for public holidays so staff can budget accordingly. 

7. Open-ended Collaboration

Our designated HR support staff are here to assist you at any time. If you require support with staff performance, employment, terminations, payroll related, salary packaging, or any other staff related changes/issues urgently, we are online to collaborate with you and to ensure a compliant solution is facilitated.

2. Client Account

Based on your feedback and any relevant company policies and procedures raised during our initial assessment, your account is enacted in our HR and accounting systems. Our team then generates employment contracts specific to each staff member you wish to on-board, making this process seamless for your team. Once we receive the digitally signed contract, we move to the next step.

4. In-country Assistance

Collaboration with our client and staff is key to assisting employees succeed in their role, and your overall success in new markets you enter. Our team can assist in providing training on our HR, payroll, employee self service systems, expense claim management, travel bookings and salary packaging. 6. Client Invoicing / Reporting

Client invoices are generated after each payroll and monthly in a timely/accurate manner. These are sent to your designated team members for processing. Client reports are issued monthly so that you have full visibility of relevant costs by employee. Our standard client reporting may be customized based on client requirements.
